Welcome! Thank you so much for your interest in the Laboratory Schools, we are so glad you are here. Please note that this form is not an application, but an expression of interest in Lab. Applications to Lab are generally open between September to late fall (between November-December) of the year prior to the start of the next academic year. In other words, our application process is ONE YEAR prior to the academic year.  

If we are still accepting applications, our application link is available on our website, www. ucls.uchicago.edu/admissions. If you are looking at Lab outside of our application window, please fill out the form below, and we will contact you if there is space in your grade of interest. 

If you are inquiring about multiple children, please fill out a separate inquiry form for each child.
